"For you are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God has prepared in advance for you to do." Eph 2:10
I am being stalked by God with this verse for a couple of weeks. I know that you have probably felt this way before. Whenever I feel that a certain verse is every where I turn begging for my attention, I have to take the time to evaluate it's message. The great thing is that this verse speaks directly to my present need. I am in need of an assurance that their is a call on my life, that I'm not just aimlessly roaming this world. The very words, "good works, which God has prepared in advance for you to do", tells me I was formed for a calling.
Today is the big day- my first interview for a full time job since I graduated college. I'm excited and a little nervous.
Prayers for a full time job have been going up to the throne for four months. I have desperately tried to be patient and prayerful. Though I have been prayerful, trust has been a varying story depending on the day and on my stress level. Patience? That one we will cover another day...I am leaning on arms that are stronger than my own. His hands are big enough to hold all my dreams and His love is vast enough to hold back some of my dreams. It takes trust to believe He knows when to give and when to hold back. I trust, not by my own strength, but by the supernatural strength His spirit gives.

Today, I will walk into my interview (a place that has nothing to do with my major and was not in my plans) knowing that my God has good things that He wants His workmanship to accomplish. It will be His decision if this is the right location. I'm His.
In His Name,
Jennifer
