Speaking of Romantic...

If you read the previous post, you know that I'm serious when I say I am a HOPELESS romantic. To give you some idea of who I am, as if reading this blog doesn't make you an expert, I want to tell you how I have/am spending the first day of Fall.

Morning:
-Time with God in my backyard swing with the sun just peeking over the trees- coffee in hand.
-Morning 2 mile walk with my mama.
-Breakfast of Apple Cinnemon Oatmeal and Coffee> It seemed like the Fall thing to eat. ;)
-Pilates

Afternoon:
-Baking Sourcream Pound Cake, while listening to old-school love songs on pandora.
-Blogging
-Researching for the post to come that I mentioned in the previous post.

Evening:
-To be determined.

Honestly, I sound like a homemaker> minus laundry, dirty diapers, and house cleaning...Since, I'm single and without children, my jobless state is the only excuse I have for the way I spent the first day of Fall.

I say that jokingly. I am fully aware that moms are rarely able to enjoy the downtime I have had today. My mom has spent the past twenty years raising us from home. I could not be more grateful to you moms out there. You're my Heroes :)

I have spent too much of my time without a job worrying. Today, I celebrate because it's fall. I "wait with expectation" (Psalm5:3) for bonfires, apple cider, crisp air, hayrides, and pumpkins, lots and lots of pumpkins!!

By now, I'm sure you are convinced of my hopelessness. ;)

But it doesn't matter because today I CELEBRATE!

In His Name,
Jennifer

P.S. still working on my "Chosen" post.
